Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) Error messages: Error: This services are temporarily not available. This error is caused by the server and normally has to do with the host having used up all of it's disk space, there being an internal server error or the server is partly down. Email the webmaster and inform them of this error. Error: The username or password you entered is wrong. This error is caused by the user and simply means that your user name is wrong or the password is wrong. Re-enter your password and user name and try again, also remember that CAPITALS matter. Error: This directory already exists. This error is normally caused by the user and occurs after making a directory or changing directories and then hitting the "reload" button. To fix this error, click the "back" button and try again. Other questions: Can I use frames? Why when I use frames, the sponsor appears 2 or more times? Anzwers, as all free hosting sites with banners, cannot do otherwise and we don't suggest the use of frames. Our banner program automatically puts our banners into all pages, and we can't delete banners from a single page.So please use something different from frames (i.e. tables) and mostly don't write us to delete banners in your framed pages.... we can't. How do I know how much web space I have? To check how much web space you have left on your account, login to the file manager program and scroll down to the bottom of the page. There should be a line telling you that ### Kb of #### used, ##### Kb free space is left. This tells you just how much space your site is taking up now and how much space is left on your account for you to use. To get more space, delete files or request it to the webmaster. How can I be included into Anzwers internal search engine? Our search engine program automatically adds all pages under Anzwers once every 2-3 weeks. Why am I not present in the top list for quality? The most common reason is that the site consists of only a few pages. The more pages an account has, the better possibility it has to rise up the top list for quality. A "trick" to appear among the best sites could be to insert the images into one page instead of leaving each image on its own in another page. Why am I not present in the top list based on hits? This top list is based on DAILY hits, if only few people come to see your site you can't be in top list... I have added banners or photos linked to other sites, but not owned by me... This is due to the fact that no free site can permit that someone uses thier band and their space without accessing that site. External links to images are forbidden and therefore useless. Where can I find a good counter for my site? You can go to: HitBox Why have you deleted my site? The principal reasons for the cancellation of a site are: -the site has not been updated for 60 days. -the site did not have as its homepage the file called index.html. -the site contained images that were linked to other sites. -the site has made "spam" by way of e-mail or newsgroups. -the site was using images or files covered by copyright that don't belong to you. -the site was using illegal or offensive material. -the site contained thumbnails galleries. -you covered in any way our banners. Remember: we have the right to have them (and you accepted it checking the "I agree" box before joining). These checks are performed by our management software, so please do not write us asking for the reason of a cancellation, because we would not know how to respond.
